Information you provide.When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, business or dealership name, email address, phone number, program of interest, F&I products sold, funding range, and any message content. If you contact us by phone, email, or text we may also retain the contents of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security infrastructure logs basic technical information — IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site online, prevent abuse, and understand usage in aggregate.

Cookies and similar technologies. The site uses only the small set of cookies required for the page to function and for the inquiry form to submit. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral analytics.

We use your information solely to evaluate your inquiry and to communicate with you about the program you have requested. Specifically:

• Reviewing your submission against our underwriting criteria.
• Contacting you by phone, email, text message, or mail to process your inquiry — only after you check the consent box on the inquiry form.
• Originating, structuring, or servicing the program you requested through our direct partner institutions.
• Operating, securing, and improving the site itself, including fraud prevention and abuse mitigation.
• Complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested:

• Direct partner institutions. Banking, credit, merchant, and depository programs are originated through direct partner institutions. To underwrite, originate, or service a program you have requested, we share the relevant portion of your inquiry with those partners.
• Service providers. We use a small number of third-party providers to host the site, deliver email, and secure transmissions (for example, AWS for hosting and email delivery). These providers act on our behalf under contract and may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Legal disclosures. We may share information when required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If DFS America or Dealer Financial Services, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this policy.

When you submit our inquiry form and check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, email, text, or mail to process your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop SMS communications.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply asking to be removed.
• Tell us by phone or email and we will update our records promptly.

Opting out of marketing or promotional communications will not prevent us from contacting you about the active inquiry or program you have requested.

We retain inquiry information for as long as it is needed to evaluate your request and, if you become a partner dealership, for the duration of the program plus a reasonable period afterward to satisfy our recordkeeping, audit, and legal obligations. Inquiries that do not proceed are retained for a limited period and then deleted or de-identified.

All form submissions are transmitted over TLS 1.3. Your information is held by Dealer Financial Services, LLC and is accessed only by the underwriting team and the partners required to evaluate your inquiry. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to any recordkeeping or legal obligations that prevent immediate deletion.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know, the right to correct, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any CCPA right, contact us using the information below.

Other U.S. states. Several other states have enacted consumer privacy laws that grant similar rights. We honor comparable requests from residents of those states.

The site is intended for automotive dealership principals and business representatives. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
